Shipping Policy for The Patio Garden
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary by product and are determined by the size and weight of each item. The shipping cost for your order is displayed during checkout before payment. We do not offer free shipping on all orders — only select items marked as “Free Shipping” qualify.
Our standard shipping rate tiers are:
- Small seeds & accessories: from $4.99
- Medium plants & pots: from $9.99 – $15.99
- Large plants & trees: from $19.99 – $39.99
- Select items: Free shipping (marked on product page)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Some products may have additional state-level shipping restrictions due to agricultural regulations. These restrictions are noted on the product page when applicable.
Plant Packaging
All live plants are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive healthy. During extreme weather, we may delay shipment to protect your plants from heat or cold damage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
